A Day In The Life

The Baker’s Helper plays a key role in the day-to-day bakery operations. This position involves:

• Preparing dough
• Glazing pastries
• Assisting with baking tasks from start to finish
• Planning the day's production
• Gathering ingredients
• Following recipes with accuracy and attention to detail
• Applying icing to baked goods
• Monitoring oven temperatures
• Ensuring products meet quality standards
• Providing courteous, helpful service to customers
• Offering product information
• Answering questions
• Maintaining a clean, organized workspace
