Retail Sales and Store Support

About the Role

Our sales and store support teams, also known as clerks in the grocery world, play an important part in ensuring our stores are clean, organized, and shoppable so that our customers can find exactly what they need to keep their families healthy and fed. In this role you are the face of the company, interacting with valued customers while replenishing shelves, arranging flowers, preparing produce, or receiving freight.

• Replenish shelves and maintain product availability
• Arrange floral displays
• Prepare and stock produce
• Receive and process freight shipments
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable
• Provide friendly, helpful service to customers

• Meat Associate – $16.76 – $28.15 per hour
• Seafood Associate – $16.76 – $25.15 per hour
• Floral Associate – $16.76 – $25.15 per hour
• Produce Associate – $16.76 – $25.15 per hour
• Fresh Cut Associate (pre‑packaged fruits & vegetables) – $16.53 – $22.15 per hour
• Bakery Associate – $16.76 – $25.15 per hour
• General Merchandise Associate – $16.76 – $25.15 per hour
• Dairy Associate – $16.76 – $25.15 per hour
• Frozen Associate – $16.76 – $25.15 per hour
• Receiving/Freight Associate – $16.76 – $25.15 per hour
