RETAIL SALES AND MERCHANDISING ASSOCIATE
Major Responsibilities
Aid customers with a variety of computer and electronics purchases in our high-volume big box retail store.
Maintain product knowledge and participate in ongoing sales, vendor, and product training.
Ensure a clean work area and perform merchandising tasks such as processing freight and completing mark downs.
Participate in open and closing procedures and support store operations by maintaining loss prevention awareness.
Education & Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent with one year of related experience in a customer service or similar role is preferred.
A passion for technology, including computers and electronics, and commissioned sales experience are desirable (your knowledge and skill level will be matched to the department where you can best serve our customers).
A sincere interest in assisting customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods of time.
Shifts may include hours before and after the store opens to the public, as well as mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay
Total compensation range includes commission, which can range from $18.20 to $30+/hour (base + commission structure) based on individual performance.
