Retail Sales Administrator

About the role

Parker & Sons is seeking a Retail Sales Administrator to oversee the lead demands of Costco & Home Depot’s Service Provider Program (Centah & HD Service Center). You will support inbound calling, booking, and assigning leads from Home Depot’s portal, make outbound calls for same or next-day estimates, and assist the field with Home Depot-related issues, including payments and minor task-related questions.

Responsibilities

• Create jobs and leads in multiple operating systems while handling incoming retail-specialized calls from field staff (B.D.Rs, Technicians, Office Staff) or Home Depot store staff.
• Support the confirmation process for Home Depot leads and serve as overflow for the Install Department’s CCR to Sales Coordinator process.
• Assist with other customer support queues during high-demand periods.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management for day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Must pass a Home Depot background check.
• Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) is required.
• Basic computer knowledge with 3+ years of workplace computer experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Skype for Business).

Skills

• Comfortable multitasking while handling phone calls.
• Strong time management skills.
• Prior trade or call center experience is a plus but not required.
