Retail Route Merchandiser

Role Overview: As a Merchandiser, you will execute in-store retail merchandising programs for leading retailers and CPG brands. Key Responsibilities Service assigned store routes, setting and maintaining impulse displays according to detailed planograms.Audit inventory, ensuring shelves and fixtures are clean, organized, and accurately priced.Work independently within partner stores while collaborating with store staff and team leaders.Support data-driven category plans, new program launches, seasonal sets, and resets. Qualifications & Skills Strong ability to follow detailed planograms and execute merchandising tasks effectively.Excellent organizational skills to maintain inventory and store displays.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
