Work Schedule: Typically Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM until the route is completed.

Responsibilities
- Load and deliver soft drinks, coffee, snacks, and fresh food to customers
- Maintain and stock micro-markets and vending machines, including cash handling
- Ensure perishable food products remain properly chilled
- Execute plan-o-grams to maintain product presentation
- Perform minor service and adjustments on equipment
- Record transactions, manage inventory, and maintain organization
- Communicate new products and promotions to customers, set up displays, and distribute promotional materials
- Resolve customer concerns on-site or by escalating to a supervisor
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as water filter changes and light bulb replacements
- Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and functionality using provided checklists
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety, cash handling, and inventory control guidelines
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (reading, writing, and verbal)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges as they arise
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DOT medical physical and drug screen
- Comfortable working in varied environments, including exposure to weather and navigating customer locations
- Capable of lifting and carrying 50+ lbs repetitively, with frequent reaching, bending, and stooping
- At least 21 years old (DOT requirement)
- Consent to pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to obtain a DOT medical physical card
- Adherence to workplace safety policies and guidelines
- May require obtaining a TWIC Card and completing a Safety Council Program (Gulf Coast locations)
