About the role
As a Retail Keyholder at Framebridge, you will set the standard for exceptional customer service and represent the Framebridge brand in our retail stores. You will support onboarding and training great retail team members, execute and improve operational activities to ensure customer experience and financial goals are met, and apply excellent listening, oral, and communication skills to build relationships with customers and coach retail team members.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and troubleshooting issues using sound judgment.
- Show deep product knowledge and offer design advice to customers and train retail team members to do the same.
- Offer suggestions to innovate and improve the retail experience.
- Represent Framebridge's brand and standards in all interactions with customers and team members.
- Manage inventory and ensure store operations align with Framebridge's policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Experience as a key holder in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role.
- An engaging personality with strong influence, interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in design and excitement to work in a creative environment.
- Quick and eager learner of new tools, technology, products, and processes.
- Great time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A degree in art, design, marketing, or relevant fields is preferred but not required.

Pay
Framebridge may pay more or less than the posted hourly range based on factors such as relevant experience and skills, qualifications, and location, among others. This range may be modified in the future. In addition to the hourly rate, this role is also eligible to receive a cash bonus as part of the total compensation package. Details and eligibility will be discussed during the application process.
Schedule
This role is part-time, working flexible hours including evenings and weekends that meet the needs of the business.
