Retail & Property Generalist

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively work as a productive team member to increase the sales and profits of KICL.
• Assist with car rental operations, including drop-off, pick-up, and car detailing.
• Open and Close the store as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety of the store and workplace.
• Price, order, and stock merchandise.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper labeling/storage of items in the store and back stock.
• Ensure hazardous materials are stored safety according to all environmental and safety requirements.
• Ensure employees are aware of loss prevention management and take actions as needed to minimize loss.
• Operate computer-based P.O.S. system with accuracy.
• Assist with seasonal inventory control.
• Deliver products and purchases as needed to individual customers, post office, and/or airlines.
• Pick up inventory/freight from airlines, post office, and local entities.
• Maintain and organize KICL properties, including snow, ice, and water removal.
• Assist with fuel dispenser maintenance and upkeep.
• Attend all trainings and team meetings.
• Assist with seasonal youth hire program.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• HAZMAT CFR49 certification, or ability to obtain with 6 months of hire.
