About the role
Manage large-scale resets, new store setups, and other retail projects while leading a team of traveling members across the US.
Responsibilities
- Oversee reset projects and store setups
- Develop and implement programs to enhance efficiency and visibility
- Train and mentor team members
- Travel extensively (approximately 85%)
- Lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous reset and/or managerial experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel extensively
