Retail Project Merchandiser - New City, NY

About the role

We are looking for great people to join our team as a Retail Project Merchandiser. This position assists other Anderson Merchandisers associates in executing client projects on an ongoing, as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Perform product pulls, stocking, merchandising, and image captures according to provided instructions.
• Execute all tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy and precision to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of all company policies.
• Communicate daily activities, sales opportunities, and success or potential barriers to the onsite supervisor.
• Utilize handheld device functions effectively and consistently.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
• Work flexible shifts (morning or evening) based on store requirements, including nights, overnights, and weekends.

Requirements

• Ability to lift objects and product up to 50 lbs., with frequent lifting/carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
• Work while sitting, standing, or walking, with fine manipulation of hands and/or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing.
• Flexibility to work in cold environmental conditions (e.g., refrigerated and freezer sections of retail stores) for limited periods.
• High School diploma or equivalency certification.
• Valid driver's license and access to automobile liability insurance.
• Access to a computer, internet, printing capabilities, and email.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Pay

Rate of Pay: $22.00 per hour

Pay Range: $20.05 - $23.09 per hour

Pay is determined by geographic location, candidate skills, experience, and market demands.
