Retail Print Specialist (San Rafael, CA)

About the role

Print Specialists provide exceptional customer service and solutions to customers' print needs. You will produce professionally finished products using print and production equipment. You will also be collaborative and inclusive in helping our customers while being part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture.

Responsibilities

• Produce professionally finished products using print and production equipment.
• Collaborate with customers to help them achieve their print goals.
• Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area, including using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultations to generate potential leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned, such as assisting with shipping.

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store's needs.
• Able to work with many customers to provide a total solution.
• Attention to detail and keen eye for quality issues.
• Basic computer skills to open, save, and send electronic files, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs).
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, non-confrontational, and cooperative manner.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Able to lift and move supplies in the 10 - 50 pound range, stand and walk continuously.
