Role Overview: The Retail Print Manager oversees print sales, service growth, and operations in a high-volume store. Responsibilities include managing print production, equipment, and supplies to ensure high-quality output, while leading a customer-centric environment focused on exceptional service and community engagement. The role involves driving sales through staff training, implementing sales techniques, and fostering a positive team culture aligned with company values. Key Duties Ensure memorable customer experiences and client satisfaction in print services.Train and develop team members in print processes and sales techniques.Operate and oversee print equipment, monitor supplies, and identify process improvements.Lead store opening and closing responsibilities, maintain safety and security, and perform loss prevention.Contribute to operational efficiency, sales growth, and profitability. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred.1–3 years related experience, including management or internal development.Experience in print center operations, logistics, and visual merchandising.Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office, POS systems) and print systems expertise.Excellent interpersonal, communication, coaching, and leadership abilities.Adaptable, result-driven, and committed to safety and customer satisfaction.
