About the role

Coordinates administration for dealership obligations including DFI. Accurately reviews and approves on-boards, renewals, and terminations. Oversees TOS violations, retail draft privilege, title follow-up, contract reversals, and prohibited customer listings. Ensures compliance with KYC requirements for non-Wholesale portfolio. Enhances sales organization communications.

Responsibilities

  • Promptly escalates non-compliant matters to appropriate business unit leaders.
  • Proactively identifies and mitigates risks, promptly addressing accounts with elevated risk levels.
  • Ensures risk ratings are accurate and aligned at the dealer level, controlling and minimizing losses.
  • Completes all necessary training and certifications, ensuring satisfactory internal and external site reviews.
  • Maintains thorough and properly documented analysis, seeking and acting on opportunities to reduce operating costs and improve efficiency.
  • Ensures world-class dealer service and achieves satisfactory JD Power survey results.
  • Maintains current and compliant processes, reviewing periodically for compliance and assessing against business needs and reputation risk.
  • Complies with Information Security Standards and Policies, including encryption standards, laptop security, Information Asset Management Security, and data protection.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience
  • High school Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Associate / Bachelor's degree in business related discipline preferred
  • 3+ years in customer service or financial services industry
  • Prior leadership experience preferred

Qualifications

  • Ability to perform technical based activities
  • Knowledge of and exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts
  • Leveraging technical expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results
  • Proficient in intermediate MS applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
