Primary Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all consumers and members at the Nationwide location
- Fill prescription orders and make them available for verification under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist
- Order, receive, and store incoming pharmacy supplies; verify medication stock and enter data into the computer to maintain inventory records
- Order, receive, and process wholesaler medication orders
- Ensure the pharmacy is in compliance with all federal and state requirements
- Perform various clerical duties related to the retail pharmacy
- Utilize strong professional verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and healthcare providers
- Work with the pharmacist and other team members to assist in pharmacy functions and maintain a smooth workflow
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Ohio
- 1+ years of recent retail or community Pharmacy Technician experience
- 1+ years of experience providing face-to-face and telephone customer service
- Ability to work onsite at 1 Nationwide Plaza Columbus, OH 43215, Monday through Friday with 8-hour shifts between the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Pay
The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $29.00 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
