About the role

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients/customers in person and on the phone in a professional and confidential manner
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers alike, being a good listener and adjusting style as needed
- Represent MercyOne Retail Pharmacies in a courteous, friendly, and caring manner
- Perform duties with flexibility
