Job Summary
As our Retail Pharmacy Supervisor, you will lead the daily operations of our retail pharmacy while delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care to the patients and communities we serve. You'll oversee a high-performing pharmacy team, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and drive operational excellence through quality, safety, and outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities

- Provide direct patient care by reviewing and dispensing medications
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy
- Counsel patients on the safe and effective use of their prescriptions
- Supervise pharmacists, technicians, interns, and support staff
- Manage staffing and workflow
- Oversee financial and operational performance
- Maintain quality and regulatory compliance
- Implement initiatives that improve patient outcomes, pharmacy efficiency, and overall service excellence
Requirements
- Active Pharmacist License in good standing in the State of Nebraska
- BLS (Basic Life Support) with the American Heart Association

Pay Range
$54.50 - $81.07 /hour
