About the role
Responsible for providing high-quality service to customers at retail petroleum service stations. Duties include fueling vehicles, performing routine maintenance checks, and ensuring station cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Refuel vehicles using various fueling methods
- Perform routine maintenance checks on fuel dispensers and pumps
- Ensure station cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Strong customer service skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of basic automotive repair concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
