Retail Parts Counter Advisor

About the role

Tulley Automotive Group is looking to fill a wholesale/retail parts counter position within our BMW Parts Department. Prior retail/wholesale experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. This opening is due to growth.

Responsibilities

• Helps retail clients acquire parts and accessories
• Answers phones to assist wholesale clients
• Orders appropriate parts when necessary
• Pulls and fills parts orders from stock
• Restocks inventory
• Communicates with customers on parts status
• Locates out-of-stock parts from outside sources if necessary
• Performs other related duties consistent with the role and department
