Retail Part Time Store Associate (Fashion Place - Murray, UT)

Fabletics Retail Store at Fashion Place in Murray, UT is seeking a Part-Time Store Associate to deliver a best-in-class retail experience and connect customers’ online and in-store shopping journeys through innovative technology.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics culture and values while providing customers insight on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers by sharing knowledge of product fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement through in-store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to improve the shopping experience.
• Provide and receive feedback to continuously improve store operations.
• Meet and exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold safety and security standards and report potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes (10-30 lbs) as required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, or nutrition.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with customers, employees, and business partners.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to move constantly, stand for at least two consecutive hours, and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb ladders.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
