About the Role

As a Part-Time Store Associate, you will provide a best-in-class retail experience, using cutting-edge technology to enable seamless shopping between our website and retail stores. You’ll work alongside the Store Manager, supervisors, and a team of energetic associates to help customers live their passion. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, highly energetic individual comfortable engaging the public in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Embody our culture and values while providing insight to customers on how to live their passion.
• Actively engage customers by sharing knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to ensure an easy and valuable shopping journey.
• Provide and act on feedback to continuously improve business operations.
• Meet and exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold all safety and security standards and report potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes (weighing 10-30 lbs) as required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, or nutrition.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners.
• Experience working in large teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.

Physical Demands

• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and grabbing.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
