Retail Part-Time Store Associate, Fabletics (Town Center Crossing - Leawood, KS)

Fabletics is seeking driven Part-Time Store Associates for our location at Town Center Plaza & Crossing in Leawood, KS. Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values while providing insight to customers on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Actively engage customers in-store and through events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to simplify shopping and add value to the customer journey.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve business operations.
• Meet and exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Maintain personal sales goals and contribute to overall store success.
• Uphold safety and security standards, identifying and reporting potential issues.
• Assist with inventory tasks, including unpacking boxes (10-30 lbs).

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, or nutrition.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Physical Demands

• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and grabbing.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
