Retail Part-Time Store Associate, Fabletics (St. Louis Galleria - St. Louis, MO)

About the role

As a Store Associate, you’ll collaborate with an energetic Store Manager and dynamic team to help customers live their passion. This role involves engaging with customers, driving sales, and maintaining store standards while reporting to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values, providing customers with insights on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through in-store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to ensure an easy and valuable shopping experience.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve business operations.
• Meet and exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to team targets.
• Maintain safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes (weighing 10-30 lbs) as required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, or nutrition.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours, with occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, or climbing ladders.
• Must be 18 years or older.
