Retail Part-Time Store Associate, Fabletics (Southlake Town Square - Southlake, TX)

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Store Associate for our upcoming retail store at Southlake Town Square in Southlake, TX. This role focuses on delivering a best-in-class retail experience, leveraging cutting-edge technology to bridge the gap between online and in-store shopping. You’ll work alongside a dynamic team to help customers live their passion through active lifestyle products.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values while providing customers with insights on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers by sharing knowledge about product fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement through in-store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to create an easy and valuable shopping experience.
• Provide and act on feedback to continuously improve store operations and performance.
• Meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Maintain personal sales targets and contribute to overall store sales goals.
• Uphold all safety and security standards, reporting potential issues as needed.
• Unpack inventory boxes (weighing 10-30 lbs) as required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, with excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours, with occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Must be 18 years or older.
