Retail Part-Time Store Associate, Fabletics (Oxmoor Center - Louisville, KY)

Fabletics is opening a new location at Oxmoor Center in Louisville, KY and is seeking a Part-Time Store Associate to deliver a best-in-class retail experience. You’ll use cutting-edge technology to create a seamless shopping journey between our website and store, helping customers live their passion alongside a tight-knit, high-energy team.

About the role

As a Store Associate, you’ll report to the Store Manager and work with store supervisors and fellow associates to meet aggressive business goals, timelines, and performance standards. This role involves constant movement, including standing for extended periods, reaching, grabbing, and occasional stooping, kneeling, or climbing ladders. You’ll handle inventory tasks, such as unpacking boxes weighing 10-30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values while guiding customers on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers meaningfully by sharing knowledge about product fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement through in-store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to simplify shopping and add value to the customer journey.
• Provide and act on feedback to continuously improve store operations and business performance.
• Meet and exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Maintain personal sales targets and contribute to overall store sales goals.
• Uphold all safety and security standards, reporting potential issues as needed.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of or familiarity with active lifestyle choices (e.g., yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in large teams and engage with customers, employees, and business partners.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, with excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, set priorities, and adapt to flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
