About the role

As a Store Associate, you’ll collaborate with an energetic team to help customers live their passion. This role reports to the Store Manager and involves engaging with customers, driving sales, and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values while providing product insights to customers.
• Engage customers by sharing knowledge of fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to improve the shopping experience.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve business operations.
• Meet and exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to team targets.
• Maintain safety and security standards, reporting potential issues as needed.
• Unpack inventory boxes (weighing 10-30 lbs) as required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices (e.g., yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with large teams and interact with customers, employees, and business partners.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, with excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours, move constantly, and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb ladders.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
