Retail Part-Time Store Associate, Fabletics (Boise Towne Square - Boise, ID)

Fabletics is seeking driven Part-Time Store Associates for our Boise Towne Square location in Boise, ID. Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values while providing customers with insights on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Engage customers in-store and beyond through events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to improve the shopping journey.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve business operations.
• Meet and exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to team targets.
• Maintain safety and security standards, reporting potential issues as needed.
• Unpack inventory boxes (weighing 10-30 lbs) as required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices (e.g., yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with customers, employees, and business partners.
• Experience working in large teams and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to multitask under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours, move constantly, and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb ladders.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
