Responsibilities
- Support a positive customer-centric experience by proactively acknowledging and engaging every customer.
- Utilize the selling program to promote the best solutions and additional products/services.
- Maintain awareness of planned advertisements, promotions, and sales/loyalty programs.
- Consistently maintain store and print department appearance to company guidelines, ensuring a neat, clean, and well-stocked environment.
- Adhere to all standards related to signage, labeling, and merchandise presentation.
- Follow established sorting and stocking guidelines; complete freight processes.
- Ensure the freight sorting area is organized according to guidelines.
- Scan, investigate, and fill inventory lows and outs daily.
- Develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through provided sales and service tools, including completion of Tech, Print, and other applicable training.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and loss prevention efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (no prior experience required).
- Basic computer skills; ability to use technology to access and input job-related information.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and associates.
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately to complete documentation and process inventory.
- Client-focused, positive, engaging, and action-oriented, with a passion for the brand, products, services, and solutions.
- Consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third-party.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $17.00/hour to $19.00/hour. All state and local minimum wages will be complied with, which may result in an adjustment to the salary range.
