As an entry-level Store Associate, you will be trained in technology and print products/services to ensure you're equipped with the knowledge to assist customers effectively. You will apply cutting-edge sales principles to create satisfying customer interactions, contributing to business growth. The role is essential in driving store success through inspiring sales brilliance and exceptional service in key areas such as Print and Technology.
The essential functions of this position may require you to consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third-party.
Responsibilities
- Customer Centric Experience: Proactively acknowledge and engage every customer to support a positive experience. Utilize the selling program to promote the best solutions and additional products/services. Stay aware of planned advertisements, promotions, and sales/loyalty programs.
- Store Operations Commitment: Maintain store and print department appearance according to company guidelines. Keep a neat, clean, and well-stocked environment. Adhere to signage, labeling, and merchandise presentation standards. Follow sorting and stocking guidelines, complete freight processes, and ensure the freight sorting area is organized. Scan, investigate, and fill inventory lows and outs daily.
- Print and Tech Expertise: Develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through provided sales and service tools, including completing Tech, Print, and other applicable training. Pursue continued education and designated certifications if required.
- Sales Techniques: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices, and support loss prevention efforts. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (no prior experience required).
Skills
- Basic computer skills; ability to use technology to access and input job-related information.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and associates.
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately to complete documentation, use training tools, and process inventory.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $13.00 to $14.00 per hour. All state and local minimum wages will be complied with, which may result in an adjustment to the salary range.
