Retail Part Time Store Associate

The Part Time Retail Store Associate role is vital to our continued success in today’s retail landscape. You’ll engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, creating a positive shopping experience while driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive customer-centric experience by proactively acknowledging and engaging every customer.
• Utilize the selling program to promote the best solutions and additional products/services.
• Maintain awareness of planned advertisements, promotions, and sales/loyalty programs.
• Consistently maintain store and print department appearance to company guidelines, ensuring a neat, clean, and well-stocked environment.
• Adhere to all standards related to signage, labeling, and merchandise presentation.
• Follow established sorting and stocking guidelines; complete freight processes.
• Ensure freight sorting area is organized and set up in accordance with guidelines.
• Scan, investigate, and fill inventory lows and outs daily.
• Develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through training tools, including completion of Tech, Print, and other applicable training.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and loss prevention efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (no prior experience required).
• Basic computer skills; ability to use technology for job-related tasks.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and associates.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately for documentation, training, and inventory processing.
• Client-focused, positive, engaging, and action-oriented with a passion for the brand, products, services, and solutions.
• Consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third-party.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $14 to $15 per hour, with adjustments made to comply with all state and local minimum wage laws.
