Retail Part Time Sr. Store Associate (copy and print)

About the role

The ideal Sr. Store Associate is passionate about sales, delivering exceptional service, and driving operational excellence. The primary responsibilities include supporting a positive customer-centric experience, maintaining store and print department appearance, adhering to standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Supports a positive customer-centric experience by proactively acknowledging and engaging every customer.
• Utilizes and understands the selling program to promote the sale of the best solution as well as additional products and/or services.
• Maintains awareness of planned advertisements, promotions, and sales and loyalty programs.
• Consistently maintains store and print department appearance to company guidelines and keeps a neat, clean, well-stocked environment.
• Adheres to all standards related to signage labeling and merchandise presentation.
• Fulfills inventory lows and outs daily.
• Works to continually develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through sales and service tools provided, including successful completion and comprehension of an advanced level of Print and Technology training.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices; supports the company’s loss prevention efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No previous experience required; retail sales experience preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
• Able to use technology and POS systems to access information and process transactions.
• Able to read, write, and count accurately to complete documentation, use training tools, and process inventory.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to build selling relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Enjoys interacting with people and working in a customer-facing environment.

Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule

The salary range for this role is $10.22/hour to $16.96/hour, however all state and local minimum wages will be complied with, resulting in a possible adjustment to the salary range displayed.
