Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers, promoting the best solutions and additional products/services.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked store environment, adhering to company guidelines.
• Follow established sorting and stocking guidelines, and ensure proper freight processes.
• Scan, investigate, and fill inventory lows and outs daily.
• Continuously develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through advanced training and ongoing education.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and support loss prevention efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• No previous experience required, but retail sales experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and G-Mail.
• Ability to use computers and technology for information processing and accessing necessary data.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to build selling relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Enthusiasm for sales and exceptional service.

• Ability to read, count, and write accurately to complete documentation and process inventory.
