Retail Part-Time Sales Lead (Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets - Orlando, FL)

The Part-Time Sales Lead position at Fabletics' Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets in Orlando, FL, is seeking a self-starter with high energy who loves engaging with new people. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role involves actively engaging customers, driving customer engagement, and maintaining store merchandising guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide insight to customers on how to Live their passion.
• Engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on product features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including store events and promotions, and community projects.
• Train and give immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet/exceed performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the shopping experience easy and valuable.
• Participate in providing and receiving feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
• Achieve sales goals and maintain a 70% employee discount on Fabletics brands.
• Maintain personal safety and security standards, and identify potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required.

Requirements

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High comfort level dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to bring the best out in others.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
