What You’ll Do
- Embody Fabletics’ culture and values
- Engage customers in new and meaningful ways
- Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store
- Provide training and immediate feedback
- Communicate inventory and training needs
- Maintain store merchandising guidelines
- Participate in providing and nourishing feedback
- Serve as a resource for general product knowledge
- Achieve sales goals
- Maintain personal safety and security standards
- Unpack boxes as required
What You Bring
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in retail
- Prior retail management experience
- Knowledge of active lifestyle choices
- Ability to interact with customers, employees, and business partners
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with ambiguity and initiative-taking
- Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems
