Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance
- Organize store merchandise and back stock, ensure proper product placement
- Practice impeccable customer service skills
- Upsell customers on multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate
- Exemplify the Clarks brand
- Follow all policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage
- Assist in store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment
- Contribute to a comfortable work environment for all colleagues
- Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities
- Physical requirements: standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing, moving ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs

Pay
The pay range for this role is $16.90 – $17.90 per hour. Clarks’ ranges reflect a good‑faith effort to pay fairly, commensurate with an ideal candidate’s experience and qualifications or as required by state and local wage laws. Actual pay within the range will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, performance, business needs, and internal equity; it is not typical to be hired at or near the top of the range, and the range may be modified at any time.
