Retail Part Time Keyholder: Woodway

About the role

We're seeking a Keyholder who will bring energy, leadership, and a customer‑first attitude to our store team. As a trusted leader on the floor, you'll take on key‑holding responsibilities while delivering the experience that keeps customers coming back. This role reports to the Store Manager. At Framebridge we are disrupting the custom framing market by replacing a cumbersome experience with a delightful one, framing over three million pieces and building a beloved brand across ecommerce, retail, design, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and representing the Framebridge brand in our retail stores
• Support onboarding and training of great retail team members
• Execute and improve operational activities in our retail stores to ensure customer experience and financial goals are met
• Apply excellent listening, oral, and communication skills to build relationships with customers and coach retail team members
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and design advice to customers and train retail team members to do the same
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues using sound judgment
• Offer suggestions to innovate and improve the retail experience

Requirements

• Experience as a key holder in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role
• Engaging personality with strong influence, interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills
• Interest in design and excitement to work in a creative environment
• Quick and eager learner of new tools, technology, products, and processes
• Great time‑management, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Degree in art, design, marketing or a related field preferred but not required
• Physical requirements: ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift), light lifting up to 30 lbs, and bending/reaching as needed in a retail or production environment

Pay

The base range is $18 – $18 per hour.

Schedule

Part‑time flexibility required, including evenings and weekends.
