About the role
Against All Odds (AAO) is seeking friendly, energetic, self-motivated, and ambitious individuals to join our retail team. Previous experience in a busy customer service environment is required.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and determine their needs
- Sell merchandise and assist with purchases
- Open and close the store following required procedures
- Train and develop team members

- Strong leadership skills
- Sales and goal-oriented
- Organizational skills
- Proven customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate and proficient with computerized sales terminals
- Friendly, approachable, energetic, and positive attitude
- Ability to learn quickly and motivate others
- Must always maintain a smile
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for lengthy periods
- Lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted
- Bend, rotate, and reach in a retail environment
