About the Role

Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking motivated, reliable, and team‑oriented individuals to join as Product Support Associates. This in‑store, physical role keeps stores running smoothly by receiving and staging merchandise, maintaining safety and visual standards in the showroom and warehouse, and supporting store operations during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stage merchandise shipments.
• Ensure showroom and warehouse meet safety and visual standards.
• Assemble furniture and perform visual merchandising.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces.
• Support store operations during flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Interact with customers to provide a positive experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Ability to work a retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable lifting, moving, and assembling merchandise (up to 75 lb.)
• Strong teamwork, listening, and communication skills

Physical Demands

• Stand, bend, lift, and move heavy furniture (up to 75 lb.)
• Frequent walking throughout the warehouse and showroom
• Manual dexterity and ability to use tools for assembly
