Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Work in a fast-paced, fun showroom with a focus on teamwork and customer focus
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused
• Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
• At least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to move throughout the showroom and interact with customers
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. unassisted; up to 50 lbs. with assistance

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual skills preferred
• Basic computer proficiency preferred
• Prior commission-based sales experience preferred

Pay

Hourly pay plus uncapped commissions. Expected first-year earnings typically range from $35,000 - $55,000 annually.
