Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations
• Work in a fast-paced, fun showroom environment
• Create a positive shopping experience through excellent customer service and communication
• Manage inventory and assist with stock taking as needed
• Adhere to store policies and procedures
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused
• Flexibility to work retail hours
• At least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. unassisted; up to 50 lbs. with assistance

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual skills preferred
• Basic computer proficiency preferred
• Prior commission-based sales experience preferred

Pay

Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities: Pay: $10 plus uncapped commission
