Retail Outlet Associate

About the role

As a Retail Outlet Associate at Bimbo Bakeries USA, you’ll deliver world-class customer service, maintain store presentation, merchandise products, and handle cash and key controls as directed by your supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register, handle cash, and prepare status reports using cash registers and/or computer systems.
• Maintain inventory and stock levels on the sales floor, restocking shelves as needed.
• Ensure product merchandising standards, including pricing, signage, and coding on the sales floor.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Maintain a clean, neat work area to ensure the store exceeds all cleanliness standards, including parking lots, carts, and trash areas.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs; stack/unstack or carry items; stand and/or stoop for prolonged periods; climb; perform repetitive motions; and work in loud and hot environments.
• Effective communication in English.

Pay

$16.90 per hour.
