Retail Opportunities (Part Time)

What You’ll Do

• Create a welcoming environment, engage customers to understand their specific trade needs, and support omni-channel services.
• Aid in transactions and promote loyalty programs to help the store meet its goals.
• Keep the floor sharp, organized, and stocked.
• Collaborate with the crew, stay open to coaching, and bring a reliable, positive attitude to every shift.

What You Need To Succeed

• Previous retail or customer service experience (required).
• A "builder" work ethic, dependable, motivated, and ready to jump in where needed.
• Strong communication skills, comfort with POS technology, and the ability to make a customer feel valued.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to commute to North Reading, MA.
• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25–30 lbs regularly.
