Retail Operations Team Member

Role: Sales Associate responsible for ensuring efficient store operations, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting store safety and appearance. Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers, promote products, and handle transactions accurately. Maintain safety protocols, ensure store cleanliness, and operate equipment safely. Communicate with management about store operations and incidents. Prepare shift reports and uphold environmental and hazardous material regulations. Support safety programs and respond appropriately to emergencies. Qualifications & Skills: Ability to read, write, and perform basic math at an eighth-grade level. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, working in various temperatures, and handling exposure to fumes and cleaning chemicals. Must be 18 or older, with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work flexibly. Valid identification for age-restricted sales and adherence to safety procedures are required. Physical Requirements: Maintain store safety and cleanliness, access all areas, and perform standing and sitting tasks for extended periods. Ability to lift, carry, and perform housekeeping duties as needed.
