Retail Operations Manager - Rainbow Blossom Natural Food Markets

Position Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of all Rainbow Blossom stores. This role partners closely with Store Managers and the Blossom Bar General Manager to build strong teams, create consistent operations, and ensure every location delivers an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and accountability.
• 5+ years of grocery retail experience.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, labor management, inventory control, merchandising, budgeting, pricing, and financial performance.
• Experience developing leaders, improving operational processes, and driving results across multiple locations.
