About the role

Rooms To Go is hiring a Retail Office Assistant to support sales associates, customers, and store management in the offices of our retail stores. Responsibilities include supporting sales associates, handling customer inquiries, processing payments, answering phones, and various other office duties.

Responsibilities

  • Supports sales associates, customers, and store management
  • Processes payments and finance applications
  • Answers delivery questions
  • Assists with customer care responsibilities
  • Answers phones
  • Variety of other office duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Over one year of relevant experience preferred
  • Courteous and patient with strong customer service orientation
  • Computer navigation skills, general computer knowledge, and MS Office understanding
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High school diploma or GED
