Retail Merchandising Specialist - Alliance

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

About the role

CROSSMARK is seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join our growing team as a Retail Reset Merchandiser. You’ll support well-known grocery retailers, working both independently and as part of a team. We provide online paid training and learning materials to get you up to speed quickly.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items
• Perform new item cut-ins and resets
• Build and maintain professional relationships with store management and associates

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be available Monday – Thursday, starting at 7 am (occasional Fridays as needed)
• Must have access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a day
• Must have access to a smart device and the internet
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 60 lbs
• Experience with planograms and resets is strongly preferred
