We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to strip out the equal opportunity employer paragraph, accommodation request, privacy policy, terms, etc. Also remove duplicated lines? There's not many duplicates. Also remove "General Information" maybe not needed as heading? The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Thus we need to produce sections like About the role (maybe description), Responsibilities (What You’ll Do), Requirements (What We’re Looking For), Qualifications maybe similar, Skills maybe bilingual, Benefits (health, vision, dental, etc.), Pay (pay rate), Schedule (Workdays vary...). Also maybe include "About the company" but not required. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like pay rate $16.00, weekly pay, paid training, direct deposit, paid drive time and mileage reimbursement, eligibility requirements, health/vision/dental/short-term disability/life insurance/401(k), employee referral bonus. Also mention "Competitive weekly pay and paid training." etc. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", etc. We have specific pay rate. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's decide sections: - About the role: could include description: energetic reliable individual, fast-paced, support client, online training, primary focus high-volume stocking. Also maybe mention company description? But we can keep short. - Responsibilities: list of duties from "What You’ll Do": Unload product..., Build..., Unload/load..., Report... - Requirements: list from "What We’re Looking For": Workdays vary..., Must be 18+, comfortable using/downloading apps, lift 25/50 lbs, reliable transportation, ability to travel multiple stores, work independently, bilingual plus. - Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements? Could combine but we need separate sections only if distinct content. Could treat Requirements as qualifications. But we can have Requirements and Skills separate: Skills: bilingual Spanish/English is a plus; ability to use apps; etc. However we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine Requirements and Skills into one section "Requirements". But we need to follow instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can include those that have real content. We have Pay: $16.00, weekly pay, paid training, direct deposit, paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. We have Benefits: health, vision, dental, short-term disability, life insurance, 401(k), employee referral bonus. We have Schedule: Workdays vary by location. Most are Monday-Friday. Some require weekend availability. We also have About the role: description. We might also have Qualifications: maybe "Must be 18 years of age or older." etc. But that's already in Requirements. Could treat Requirements as qualifications and Skills as bilingual etc. But we can keep Requirements as list of must-haves, Skills as nice-to-have (bilingual). However the instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Requirements and Skills into one section "Requirements". But we need to include both must and plus. Could still be one section. But we need to include Pay and Schedule sections only if posting actually states them. Yes. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We'll omit Qualifications and Skills as separate. Now we need to format:
About the role
... prose ...
ThenResponsibilities
- ... ...
Requirements
- ... ...
Benefits
- ... ...
Pay
... maybe list? Could be
- but it's not a list of multiple items? Could be
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Pay is not a list but could be prose. We'll use
. Similarly Schedule:
. Now we need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract details. About the role prose: Combine sentences: "CROSSMARK is seeking an energetic, reliable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. As part of our family, you'll support our reputable, well-known client. We will get you up to speed quickly with our online training and learning materials. The primary focus of the position is high-volume stocking." Also maybe include "Why Join CROSSMARK?" but that's benefits/pay. We'll keep that in Benefits/Pay sections. Responsibilities list: - Unload product from pallets and stock onto the designated shelf location. - Build and maintain professional relationships with store management and personnel. - Unload/load product in the backroom and dispose of trash as needed. - Report service visits through a mobile application. Requirements list: - Workdays vary by location. Most are Monday-Friday. Some require weekend availability. (Actually schedule but we have separate schedule section; maybe we move schedule to Schedule section and not duplicate. But requirement includes workdays vary; we could keep in Requirements but then Schedule duplicate. Better to put workdays in Schedule section. So Requirements list excludes that. Let's separate: Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; Must be comfortable using and downloading applications to a smart device; Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs on occasion; Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to multiple stores per day; Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism; Bilingual in both Spanish and English is a plus! (maybe treat as skill but we can include as requirement with note plus). We'll keep as list. Benefits list: - Competitive weekly pay and paid training. - Weekly paychecks and a direct deposit option. - Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement available (must meet eligibility requirements). - Health, vision, dental, short-term disability, life insurance, 401(k), and more are available. - Employee Referral Bonus! Share our opportunities with your friends and family. Pay section: Pay Rate: $16.00; Experience/skills and/or location may influence position wage rate; Range Minimum: $16.00; Range Maximum: $16.00. So we can say: Pay rate is $16.00 per hour; range minimum and maximum both $16.00; experience/skills and/or location may influence wage rate. Schedule section: Workdays vary by location. Most are Monday-Friday. Some require weekend availability. Now we need to remove boilerplate: equal opportunity, accommodation request, privacy policy, terms, etc. Also remove "At CROSSMARK , we keep things simple..." paragraph (company description) maybe considered boilerplate? It's substantive about company but not required? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. That paragraph is substantive about company mission. Should we keep? It's not a heading but could be part of About the role? It's about company. Could include in About the role as extra prose. However it's somewhat generic but still substantive. We'll include it in About the role after the initial description. Thus About the role prose: combine the initial description plus the company description paragraph. Let's craft: About the role: CROSSMARK is seeking an energetic, reliable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. As part of our family, you'll support our reputable, well-known client. We will get you up to speed quickly with our online training and learning materials. The primary focus of the position is high-volume stocking. At CROSSMARK, we help consumer brands succeed in
