Pay

USD $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Install and/or build displays, fixturing, and endcaps, including security, cabling, wiring, monitors/media players, and audio connectivity
  • Troubleshoot and repair display issues to ensure full functionality and meet maintenance requirements
  • Lead multi-rep projects, including full 8-hour days and travel up to 120 miles
  • Meet ad-hoc maintenance requirements with 48–72-hour store service response
  • Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage; occasional overnight travel required
  • Available to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, with potential to increase to 40–50+ hours based on business needs
  • Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. start, with occasional weekend assignments
  • Report store-visit status accurately to demonstrate success in achieving objectives
  • Perform essential merchandising functions: planogram resets, POP updates, pricing, and signage
  • Build in-store relationships and participate in weekly conference calls
  • Complete administrative tasks: scheduling reports within 24 hours of program launch, same-day data/report entry, and reporting visits by project end date
  • Facilitate prescription drug collection by securing bags with zip ties and placing them in the store’s holding area

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience building displays, fixturing, and monitor cabling/connectivity
  • Experience using tools required to maintain displays
  • Experience troubleshooting and fixing display issues (e.g., light fixtures, malfunctioning buttons, software reboots, electronic component connectivity)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to independently manage an account base
  • Ability to read schematics and correctly connect components
  • Professional demeanor at all times
  • Proficient in using a personal smartphone/tablet with GPS for uploading photos, reporting data, referencing documents, and scheduling visits
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to drive on behalf of the company
  • Commitment to complete minimum weekly or special-project hours
  • Basic toolkit: multi-screwdriver, torx security bit set, hammer, cordless drill, allen wrench, box cutter, rubber mallet, socket set, needle-nose pliers, precision wire cutters, crescent wrench, easy-off, putty knife, microfiber cleaning cloth, and goo gone
  • Complete and pass required paid training (break-fix, ad-hoc, and one-off project training) before conducting visits

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly stand, walk, bend, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, grasp, push, pull, talk, and hear
  • Always lift and carry supplies into the store up to 10 pounds
  • Regularly lift and carry up to 40 pounds
  • Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with support from a second person
  • Work 8-hour resets when necessary
  • Climb a ladder more than 10 feet tall
  • Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
  • Complete and pass certification (online and in-store) for equipment such as Big Joe/Little Joe and possibly forklifts
  • Occasional travel via flight or other modes of transportation
