Retail Merchandiser - Weekends

About the role

You will support the execution of in-store product placement and presentation to ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. This role helps create a positive shopping experience for customers by maintaining product availability and assisting with promotional setups. As part of the store or field team, the SAS Merchandiser plays a vital role in driving sales and supports overall store performance through attention to detail and consistency in merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing shelves
• Assist with promotional setups
• Drive sales and support overall store performance through merchandising standards
• Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Perform physical work including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Push pallet jacks and U-boat carts
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
• Work independently with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations
• Comfortable performing physical tasks and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Ability to work independently and build successful teams
