Retail Merchandiser - Walmart
About the role
This role involves ensuring Acosta’s client brands are prominently displayed in Walmart stores through retail merchandising activities. You will interact with store management and represent Acosta Group in your assigned store.
Responsibilities
- Schedule work can be Sunday thru Saturday, with days varying based on specific work requirements.
- Full-Time: Flexible schedule, at least 5 days a week (Friday required).
- Part-Time: Flexible schedule, 2-4 days (Friday required).
- Work hours are between 6am-9am start and 6pm end, with no evening shifts.
- Locate, stock, and pack out products in the backroom.
- Receive and transport coupons and signage materials to the store.
- Use a company-issued mobile device to complete work and navigate multiple applications.
- Answer simple, step-by-step questions on the company-issued mobile device.
- Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
- Represent Acosta and Acosta clients in your assigned Walmart store(s).
- Collaborate with Walmart store management and associates to execute tasks.
- Communicate with your direct manager for assistance with challenges in store.
- Complete work within the provided timeframe.
- Closely follow detailed instructions to ensure accuracy.
- Report work completed the same day it is performed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age or older.
Skills
- Ability to use a company-issued mobile device effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay
The pay rate is $15.00 per hour, with a range minimum and maximum of $15.00.
