Retail Merchandiser - Walmart

About the role

Walmart Retail Merchandiser position with Acosta in Gillette, Wyoming (Ref #: 132029). Part‑time merchandising role supporting client brands in Walmart stores.

Responsibilities

• Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock and pack out products.
• Straighten product on the shelf.
• Receive and transport coupons and signage materials to place in store.
• Use a company‑issued mobile device to complete work while navigating multiple applications.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Acosta and its clients in assigned Walmart store(s).
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates.
• Collaborate with direct manager via email, phone, and text.
• Complete work within the provided timeframe and follow detailed instructions.
• Provide accurate and concise data and photos as instructed.
• Report work the same day it is completed.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• Access to reliable transportation to travel to multiple retail locations daily.

Skills

• Ability to work independently while being an extension of the Walmart team.
• Effective communication with store associates, managers, and Acosta team.
• Comfort using mobile devices and multiple applications.
• Organizational skills to follow detailed instructions and report accurately.

Pay

$30.00 per hour (range minimum $30.00 – range maximum $30.00).

Schedule

Flexible schedule; work can be scheduled Sunday through Saturday. Part‑time roles typically 2‑4 days per week (Tuesday and Friday required). Full‑time roles require at least 5 days per week (Tuesday and Friday required). Shift start between 6 am – 9 am, work hours between 6 am – 6 pm (no evenings).
